Numbers matching machine. approximately 5 road miles to date since recent rebuild.ENGINE: Engine complete disassembled, cases degreased & glass bead blasted, all oilways cleaned, sludge trap cleaned, new bearings (engine drive bearings, rod bearings), new 9:1 pistons, new rings. - Cylinder head glass bead blasted, and rebuilt to factory specs including new valves, new valve guides (phosphor bronze), new springs. - Correct original carburation. Complete rebuild.- New air filters.- Correct pushrod tubes with correct seals and retaining rings.- During assembly all engine and transmission parts were properly pre-lubed with engine assembly lube. TRANSMISSION: Gearbox complete rebuild.- New clutch basket.- New drive chain.SUSPENSION: New hard-tail.The original rear section including Swingarm and shocks come with purchase. - Wheels (18" rear, 19" front). - Wheel assembly balanced - front and rear. - Front forks may need new seals. Currents works but may need a little further attention in the near future. ELECTRICAL: New hand-made wiring harness. - Correct horn installed. - Re-wired headlamp fitted with genuine Lucas lens.- New BatteryFUEL TANK: Correct 1968, custom-painted fuel tank. New fuel shut-offs.
